What shipping carrier do you use?
UPS is the preferred shipping carrier of SDB CANDLE CO. We offer UPS Ground domestic shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. All shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Shipping is calculated on your net order, after any discount code or gift card applied, and before sales tax. In some counties, a sales surtax is imposed (county tax). Please note, we ship to any residential and business addresses, but - as per UPS policies - we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. (FYI - We can also ship via USPS).
Where are my items shipping from?
We are shipping from Colorado, USA.
How long will it take to get my order?
It all depends on where you are. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days, and ship from our workshop in Colorado Monday through Friday. Please allow between 7 and 10 days for delivery. Delivery details including a tracking number and ETA will be provided once your order is on its way. Please note, we process and ship authorized purchases only. We reserve the right to change or cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered or ineligible information. We will always contact the customer first before cancelation.
Are you in a rush?
We can offer express shipping via UPS. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order summary to know the rates. Remember that the costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
All orders placed over $99 (before tax, shipped to an address within the continental U.S). are eligible for free shipping. When checking out, choose the “free shipping” option at checkout and your package will ship ground through UPS. Free shipping discount is not valid on previous purchases or with any other promotion or discount. Offer available online only at www.sdbcandleco.com.
Made a mistake on your order?
No problem. If you wish to edit your order or shipping information, please contact us immediately after placing your order via email at email@example.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you ship overseas?
At the moment, we do not offer shipping outside the 48 contiguous U.S. states. However, if you are really wanting to place an order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with location and desired products and we will provide you with a shipping quote.
What should I do if my package says delivered, but I have not received it?
Once orders leave our facility, they become the property of the shipper. If your package says delivered and you are unable to locate, please contact your family members and neighbors first as they often end up in familiar hands. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your shipping provider. Additionally, if they are unable to recover your package, please reach out to Customer Service for a replacement.
Can I return my product?
We want to provide you with the best experience possible, so we take customer satisfaction very seriously. At this time, we cannot accept returns, however we will always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our amazing customers. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily refund or replace the item as quickly as possible. If you have an issue, please contact us for help.
What happens if I receive damaged products?
We will replace damaged items or offer a refund. Upon receipt of your order, please check carefully your shipping box as we are always very careful with our packing. But, unfortunately, packages get sometimes damaged during transit. If your package arrived damaged, please check the products inside and notify us immediately at email@example.com.
